Owing to the health and safety of Gymsect customers, all sales are final and we reserve rights to refuse returns/refunds at our sole discretion.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Gymsect will however be happy to replace any sealed item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged during transit.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product, please inspect the contents of your package as soon as you take delivery of it. In the event of damage, please submit (in writing to email@example.com), photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery (if a request is made after this time, it will not be valid) so that we can make enquiries with our couriers and should it be applicable, arrange for the item(s) to be replaced. No refund will be issued.
Gymsect is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the courier depot or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package. We track all of our orders and if a package was marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, Gymsect won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
