Nutrition Products – Delivery is sent via Royal Mail or Courier Service and will arrive within 2-5 working days from when you submit your order. Available Monday – Saturday.

Apparel Products – Delivery is sent via Courier Service and will arrive within 2-12 working days from when you submit your order. Available Monday – Saturday.

Packages may require a signature.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Nutrition Products – Your delivery estimate is 2-5 working days, please allow the maximum amount of time for your order to arrive. If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery estimate, get in touch with us.

Apparel Products – Your delivery estimate is 2-12 working days, please allow the maximum amount of time for your order to arrive. If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery estimate, get in touch with us.

MY PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. (OR) THE DELIVERY ESTIMATE HAS ELAPSED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If your Gymsect order was delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

Sometimes unexpected delays occur so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the package is lost. If after this period, you’re still unable to locate your package, contact us with your order details and we’ll do all we can to help out.

Packages may require a signature. Once signed for/marked as delivered, Gymsect cannot be held accountable if a package goes missing and will not be liable nor will we issue a replacement or refund.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Gymsect cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Our packages may require a signature. Orders must be delivered to a residential address or place of work. If you’re delivering to a place of work, please ensure the company name is on the delivery address.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES?

Nutrition Products – All orders are shipped from within the UK, therefore you will not be subject to customs & import fees upon delivery of your order.

Apparel Products – 99.99% of orders are shipped from within one of our European distribution centres, therefore you will not be subject to customs & import fees upon delivery of your order. Due to warehouse stock or other unforeseen circumstances, the other 0.01% of orders might have to be shipped from one of our international distribution centres, therefore in this rare instance you may be subject to customs & import fees upon delivery of your order. Gymsect are not liable for these fees. If you choose to refuse to pay any fees owed and your package is returned back to Gymsect as a result, you will not be owed a refund for your order.
